Sub-contractor & Vendor pricing
Quickly create and send bid requests to Sub-Contractors and Vendors via the Email Directory system. Pricing will automatically populate in the budget sheet as quotations are received from Sub - Contractors and Vendors
Bid Proposal
A customizable Final Bid Proposal is generated from the budget sheet. Presented here is Final price, specific inclusions, exclusions and any other T&Cs. Bid proposal can be reviewed internally before submitting to the client
